What is the Strut At-HomeFertility Tracker?

Our test is a home-based, sperm analysis system that uses your smartphone, an app and wirelessly connected testing device. It
provides key information to understand key fertility indicators such as sperm concentration and motility without requiring a visit to a clinic or sending a sample away to a lab.

What does this test measure?

Sperm concentration (M/ml). Sperm concentration is the number of sperm cells in your semen sample, per millilitre. This is
sometimes called the sperm count.

Motility (%). Motility is the percentage of your sperm cells that are alive and moving. This includes any type of active motion.

Progressive motility (%). Progressive Motility id the percentage of sperm cells that are making forward progress, not just moving in place.

Motile Sperm Concentration (M/ml). Sometimes called MSC, Motile Sperm Concentration is the number of Motile sperm in your semen
sample, per millilitre.

Progressive Motile Sperm Concentration (M/ml). PMSC, or Progressive Motile Sperm Concentration, represents the number of
forward moving sperm in your semen sample, per millilitre.

It also provides a video of the sample for visual
review.
How accurate is the Strut At-Home Fertility Test?

Our testing aligns to the World Health Organisation’s laboratory manual for the examination and processing of humansemen (6th edition).

The YO at home test has demonstrated than 97.8% accuracy when compared with laboratory (SQA-Vision) testing equipment,
supporting its use foir the detection of ‘low’ and moderate/ normal’ MSC cases.

We have also been able to demonstrate with a multi-site study of over 300 participants that this test can be done with real
world/ amateur users. In a blinded, prospective study Amateur vs Professional

Proper sample collection and adherence to the instructions for use are important for reliable results.

How does the test work?

The test is really easy to use!

You collect a semen sample, prepare it according to the instructions, load it into the test slide, and analyse it using the device
and app. The app records a video of the sample and then then generates a customisable report that can be exported into a PDF.
